There is no VAT to be added. Prices are per person.

Lower rate 

This applies if your household income falls below £25,000 p.a. and you fail to meet the Legal Aid eligibility criteria.

Paperwork

Depending on your situation you may require one or more of the following documents:

• Open Financial Summary

• Memorandum of Understanding

• Detailed Parenting Plan

Clients are each charged for these documents based on time spent in their preparation.  Our hourly rate for paperwork preparation is £70/hour.
